He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Norris and Mary Elizabeth Suggs Norris; and his siblings, Betty Lou Duncan, Annie Ruth Edwards, Shirley Mae Norris, Harold Dean Norris, Shelby Jean McPhail, Mary Frances Stewart, Jimmy Ray Norris, Paul Ronnie Norris and Bobby Willie Norris.

He is survived by: his wife Dahlia; and his cherished chow-chow Mikey. He is also survived by 12 children and 24 grandchildren; four siblings; nieces and nephews.
