He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Filmore Wright and Dora Alice Shaw Wright; his son David Wright; his sister Lillian Bobo; and his brother-in-law Angus Bobo.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Gaddis Wright; his daughter Elizabeth Wright; his grandchildren, Mitchell Hall and Lauren Hall; and his nephew John Bobo (Joan).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203).
