She was predeceased by: her parents, DeKoven and Mary Margaret Clay King; her husband Mitchell Buckner; her siblings, DeKoven, Cash and Corinne; and her sister-in-law Sally.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Lewis (Paul) of Chesapeake, VA; her sister-in-law Joy Bright (Tommy) of Alexander; her niece Cindy Harmon (Danny) of Leicester; and her close friend Marsha Pace.
