With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Albert Gene Pike of Asheville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Baxter Pike and Jennie Hollifield Pike; his wife Wanda M. Pike; his children, Carla King and Harold Pike; and his brothers, Elbert "Cork" Pike, Evertt "Ham" Pike, Bobb Gibbs and T. A. "Tuff" Gibbs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elaine Garrett and Annette Candler; his grandchildren, Joshua "Josh", Caleb, Crystal, Angel (Jon), Amber, Bradley, Bryan, Jodi and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Duncan, Owen, Anniston and Levi; and his great great grandchildren, Oakley and Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
