He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Usery McCarley; his brothers, Rusty Usery, Jeff Usery, Mike Usery and Tim Usery; his grandsons, Marcus A. Usery, Alexis D. Usery and Jordan B. Paxton; and his great grandchildren, Grant Usery and Collins Usery.
