He is survived by: his son Randy Eugene Ballard (Vicki McGraw); his grandchildren, Anthony Colton Ballard (Kamille Franklin), Alyssa Marie Ballard and Madisyn Grace Ballard; and his siblings, Patricia Ballard and Gerry Ballard.
