She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Andrew Cagle and Elva Katherine Ferguson Hagan; her husband Kenneth Eugene Wheeler; her son Vance C. Wheeler; and her siblings, Sylva McElhannon, Ietta Collins, Robert Cagle, Jerry Cagle and Charles Cagle.
She is survived by: her daughter Gaylen Remmes (Mark) of Asheville, NC; her siblings, Jimmy Cagle (Deborah) of Muskogee, OK and Janie Cagle of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Stephen Christopher Remmes (Felicia Kent) of Asheville, NC and Renee Wheeler Rivers of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Elizabeth Mae Remmes of Asheville, NC and Christopher James Remmes of Asheville, NC.
