We are sad to announce that, on December 10, 2023, at the age of 81, Anna Lichanec Owen of Asheville, North Carolina, born in Stafford Springs, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lichanec and Julia Michalik Lichanec; and her former husband Dean Blanchard. She is survived by: her husband Thomas John Owen; her children, Deanna Blanchard, Sarah Rowland, Elizabeth Robinson, Scott Blanchard, James Blanchard, Hudson Owen and Daniel Owen; and her sisters, Paula Braithwaite, Shirley Molitoris, Janet Renn and Danna Lichanec. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
