She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Edgar Homan and Ann Elizabeth Kerrigan Homan; her husband Richard Frank Webster (Dick); her children, Debbie W. Powell (Chip) of Asheville, Scott H. Webster (Judy) of Asheville and Lisa W. Schulz (Scott) of Franklin, TN; her grandchildren, Brandon Powell (Megan), Alex Powell of Asheville, Jason, Chelsea Schulz of Franklin, TN and Lauren Webster of Charlotte; and her great grandchild Piner Ava Powell.
