She was predeceased by: her parents, Mollie Reid McNulty and Benjamin McNulty; her husband Columbus Offord; her son Columbus Offord, II; her nephew Dennis McNulty (Bertha); and her siblings, Ada McNulty Benton, Christine McNulty, Benjamin McNulty (Keturah), Bennie Keene (Ronald) and Jesse Roberson.
She is survived by: her children, Veda, Anthony, Kenneth Offord and Bert Boyd; her caregiver Bert Boyd (Ohio); her sibling's children, Bridget McNulty Jones, Dawn Keene (MD), Ronald Keene (Michelle), Benjamin McNulty II (Margaret), Kevin McNulty (Bessie), Gordon Roberson and Bertha McNulty; her grandchildren, Greg Offord, Pam Miles (James), Nicole Offord and Tymeko Mills; her great grandchildren, Darius Cooper (Victoria), Kobe Miles and Kendall Jones; and her nephew David Whitesides (Rochelle). She is also survived by her siblings, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
