Betty Anders Snelson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 22, 2023, at the age of 94, Betty Anders Snelson (Asheville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gay Snelson; and her siblings, Doris Nichols and Wayne Anders. She is survived by: her daughter Linda Snelson Mackintosh (Bruce); her grandchildren, Devon Murphy (Matt), Alan Rountree, Adam Snelson and Mark Snelson (Yamilet); her great grandchildren, Bella Rountree, Annelise and Olivia Murphy; her nieces and nephews, Donna Nichols Wood (Lonnie), Mike Nichols (Kathy), Cathie Anders Fitzjohn and Jeff Anders; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Larisa, Christie, Amanda, Nicole, Alex and Randy; and her caregivers, Jill Penland, Loretta Rice, Teresa Penland, Sandra Cambell and Tammy Baker. She is also survived by Her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
