She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas "Johnny" Spake Jr.; her parents, Martha Case Stirewalt and William "Billy" Burgin Bunn; and her stepfather Fredrick "Fred" Fletcher Stirewalt. She is survived by: her son John David Spake; her grandsons, Walden Alexander "Alex" Spake and Oliver Seabury Spake; her great grandchild Navy Alexander Spake; her brothers-in-law, Winston "Rusty" Walden Pulliam Jr. and Lawrence "Larry" Calvin Pulliam; her caregiver Karly Frizsell; Holli Alexandra Towe.
