She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Toy and Addie Louise Belt Coward; her son-in-law Todd Tsuchida; and her sisters, Patricia Ann McCall (Johnny) and Nancy Moody Sutton.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Carver, Diana Keener (Wayne), Steven Carver and Lisa Ann Tsuchida; her grandchildren, Mark Gallagher (Courtney), Samantha Carver, Amanda Carver, Bradley Carver and Daniel Tsuchida; her great grandchildren, Daeglan Gallagher and Teigan Gallagher; and her sister Kimberly Michelle Phillips (Randall). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
