Carrie Winkelman Obituary

Mrs. Carrie Winkelman, 83, of Asheville died Sunday, October 15, 2017 at her residence. A native of Bronx, New York, she was daughter of the late Sam and Nettie Bloom Samuels. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in the chapel of Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Avenue, Asheville, NC. Rabbi Wolff Alterman will officiate.

Burial will follow at Lou Pollock Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, Norman Winkelman, her daughters, Ilene and Bonnie, and her grandchildren, Shelby and Foster. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society
