He is survived by: his grandmother Nina Freeman; his parents, Thomas Meadows and Pansy Freeman Meadows; his sisters, Alexandria Meadows (Allie) and Angie Meadows Walsh; his brother-in-law Martin Walsh; his nieces and nephews, Jude Corbin, Chloe Corbin Mullins, Chris Mullins and Teresa Walsh; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
