He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Cecil Pless and Gladys Pless; and his sister Dorothy Moore. He is survived by: his wife Grace Gordon Pless; his daughters, Laura Pless (Tim Bicknell) of Silverthorne, Page Pless of Seattle, Elizabeth Eckl of Asheville, NC and Amy Fleming (John) of Asheville, NC; and his grandchildren, Alden Blatter, Melissa Chumbley, Carter Eckl, Mia Eckl, Jack Fleming and William Fleming.
