He was predeceased by: his daughter Danita Erin Shook; his father Charles Collins; and his brothers, Dewayne Collins and Darin Collins. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Morrow Collins; his sons, Christopher Collins and Caleb Collins (Zoe); his son-in-law Kelby Shook; his grandchildren, Pailey Ketchum (Cole), Wyatt Shook, Lewis Collins and Eva Collins; his mother-in-law Stella Stills (Cecil); his sisters, Darleen Dover (Sammy) and Donna Shipman (Kenny); his sister-in-law Sandi Collins; his uncle Rev. Jackie Collins (Janice); his close friends, Denise, Rick Huntley, Rev. Danny Little and Rev. Garry Rogers; and also Gwen Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
