He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Ann McCaleb Elliott and Dan Elliott; his brother Wayne Elliott (Scarlett); his nephew Wayne Elliott; and his half-brothers, Richard Elliott and Sammy Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brackeen Elliott; his children, Charles Philip Elliott (Garner), Marie Elliott Evans and Elizabeth Ann Elliott (Jason Caplan); his grandchildren, Charles Bedford Elliott and Devin Powell (John); his children, Elliott Manning Evans, Arden Michaela Borntrager, Elias Brooke Borntrager, Evan Caplan and Chloe Caplan; his half-brothers, Danny Elliott, Kevin Elliott and Darrell Elliott; his nieces, Shelly Elliott Huff and Leslie Gullo (Jeff); and his nephew Glenn Brackeen (Marcette).
