He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eldridge Lowe and Bertie Haney Barbee; and his siblings, Barbara Lowe Setzer and Larry Ray Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jo Williams Lowe; his sons, Kenny M. Lowe (Julie Innes) and Alan Lowe; his granddaughter Ashlyn Kay Lowe; his sister Carole Lowe Stroud (Rick); his nephews, Jeff Smith, Kevin Setzer and Chris Setzer; and his niece Mona Buck (Brad).
