He is survived by: his children, Antoria "Cupcake" Scott of Asheville, Tamala "Roast Beef" Scott of Charlotte, Charles "Red" Scott, Jr. of Charlotte and Alton "Floyd" Scott of Charlotte; the mother of his children Peggy "Brown Sugar" Dillingham of Asheville; his siblings, Carl Williams of Asheville, Margaret Fuller of Asheville and Gwendolyn Boseman of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Nekeya Dillingham of Tennessee, Apryl Welch (Anquan) of Tennessee, Keith Dillingham of Asheville, Travis Burgin of New York, Tamryn Darity of Charlotte, Alton Scott, Jr. and Kage Abdul Allah of Charlotte. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of other nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
