It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wesley Wykle (Asheville, North Carolina), who passed away on April 5, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Wykle; his wife Eleanor Rippey Wykle; and his siblings, Dorothy Maxwell and Donald Hart. He is survived by: his children, Alesia Mullis (Alan), Lucinda Rosenberg (Eric), Nancy Wykle (Matt) and Carleton; his daughter-in-law Celeste Collins; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kayla), Sarah, Tabitha, Maddy, Kathleen and Garrett; his great grandchildren, Kailynn, Liam, Mateo and Vicky; his siblings-in-law, Robert Rippey, Linda Yokum and Jane Rippey; and his brothers, Glenn Wykle and Earnest Hart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
