He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Ed" Davis Sr. and Christine W. Davis; and his brother Charles Davis Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Walker, Janice Barham and Allison Bryant; and his siblings, Carol Calloway and C. Randy Davis. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
