He was predeceased by: his father Richard Clayton Stanley; and his brothers, Dicky Stanley and Kevin Stanley. He is survived by: his mother Jannive Ann Sharpe Stanley; his children, Michael Stanley (Jennifer) of Candler, Ryan Stanley of Asheville and Michelle Fleming of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Haylee Stanley, Cooperlynn Stanley, Josiah Fleming, Justin Fleming, Jasmyn Fleming and Ryan Timothy Burke; and his siblings, Beth Douglas and Tim Stanley (Dianne Tinman).
