He is survived by: his wife Denise Booher; and his children, Trever Booher (Anna), Donavin Booher, Jemiah Booher, Cody Wallace (Kate), Matt Wallace (Sandra), Tabitha Malone (Curtis), Virginia Migliorino (Vin) and Summer Randall (Austin). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
