He is survived by: his stepfather Leonard Flack; his siblings, James Monroe Garner Jr. (Kathy), Reginald L. Garner, Shirley "Pat" Kilgo (Arizona Williams), Gladys Head and Gloria Lewis (Avrill); his sister-in-law Natalia Garner; his aunts, Virginia Boston Gibson (Wallace), Rosetta Boston Boseman and Brenda Boston Craig; and his cousin Boevino Hammond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
