He was predeceased by: his wife Frances "Irene" Langford Buckner. He is survived by: his children, Danny Buckner (Linda), Rick Buckner (Laura) and Vicki Buckner of Asheville; his granddaughters, Amanda Berry (Wesley) of Longmont, CO and Jacqueline Lovik (Daniel) of Asheville, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy and Miles.
