We are sad to announce that, on April 30, 2025, at the age of 73, Daisy Mae Fletcher Lavoine of Asheville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Daisy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Daisy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fletcher and Dora Jones Fletcher; her significant other Gene Rogers; her husband Warren Lavoine; and her brother JD Fletcher.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Rogers (Sherry) of Asheville, NC and Bernie Rogers (Michelle) of Candler, NC.; and her grandchildren, Chan Rogers of Candler, NC, Amanda Rogers of Candler, NC, Holly Cook (Caleb) of Candler, NC and Matthew Rogers of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
