He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pugh and Eleanor Pugh; and his nephew Mark D'Angelo. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Cathy Pugh; his children, Thomas and Christopher; his sister Claudia Nix (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Nick (Ronelle), Thomas (Marcia) and Robert Rajkovich (late Sally); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Mara, Melissa McKee, Erin Mirsky (Scott), Nick Rajkovich (Stacey), Daniel Rajkovich, Samuel Rajkovich (Ann), Andew Rajkovich (Rachel), Robert Rajkovich and Warren Rajkovich.
