He was predeceased by: his parent Hollis Garland; his daughter Stephanie S. Garland; and his close friend Vicki Lynn Stewart. He is survived by: his mother Carrie Eloise Honeycutt Garland; his wife Carolyn Jean Marlor Garland; his children, Justin Wood (Taylor), Ashley Nicole Widner (Gary), Samantha Michelle Jackson (Jason), Samuel Brian Wood, Noah Daniel Garland and Isaiah Garland (Erin); his brother Bobby Garland; his parents-in-law, Howard and Norma Jean Marlor; his niece Kayla Bostick (Justin); his close friends, Tony and Brenda Igeclia; and his pets, Bella Rue, Lucy Sue, Maggie Mae and Nicole Ann. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
