It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Minton (Asheville, North Carolina), who passed away on January 4, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Coy Minton; and his daughter Rebecca Ann Schaefer. He is survived by: his mother Lois Swartz Minton; his wife Elizabeth Lou Helton Minton; his children, Lori Reeves (Dewayne) and J. D. Minton (Shiann); his son-in-law Tim Schaefer; his siblings, Ann Blevins and Jim Minton (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Jacob Reeves (Michelle), Kian Schaefer, Lizzy, Brian, Nikki, Rachel, Ella Minton and Ema Lancaster.
