He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rothermel and Adella Rothermel; and his brother Terry Rothermel. He is survived by: his sister Gaynelle Winograd (Rothermel); his sister-in-law Kitsy Rothermel; his nieces and nephews, Holly Rothermel, Jeffrey Rothermel, Greta Ruppert, Michael Winograd and Julie Winograd; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoe, Claire, Rachel Dettelbach, Gwendolyn, Mary Rothermel, Alexander, Timothy, Jacob Ruppert and Clara Winograd; Michael Dettelbach, Naomi Neville, Matthew Ruppert and Theresa Winograd.
