She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wayne Holbert and Carolyn Brown Holbert. She is survived by: her husband John Couch; her stepson Kevin Couch (Monica); her grandchildren, Clarabella and Virgil; and her sister Debbie Ensley (Ed).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Beverly Hills Baptist Church, with the designation of either the Food Pantry or the School Supplies Fund.
