She is survived by: her husband Harold Tipton (Western) of North Carolina; her children, Lisa Chesi Anderson (Mark), Sandy Chesi Smith (Earl), Jeff Tipton of Middletown, CT and Michael Tipton of San Pablo, CA; her grandchildren, Katie Reese (Jordan), Cassie Merrill (Niko), Trevor Rice (Rachel), Tori Smith, Chris Tipton, Lisa Tipton (Mike), Tanner Anderson and Brady Anderson (Katie); her sisters, Charlotte Jason of Canterbury, CT and Bonnie Applebee (John) of East Hampton, CT; and her nephews, Jonathan Applebee (Shawn), Timothy Applebee (Jessica) and Zachary Applebee.
