He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weaver Case and Beulah Elliott Case Allen; and his siblings, Paul Elliott, Jimmy Case, Jerry Case, Irma Bartlett and Roger Case.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Case; his children, Marcia Case, Mark E. Case (Stephanie) and Stephen J. Case (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Nevaeh Lynn Case and Jack Roach. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.

“Donnie leaves a legacy of kindness and giving. He was my neighbor when I was a little girl. He would collect junk bicycles from anywhere he could find them. He would fix them up and let the neighborhood kids have them so that they would have a bike to ride around. That bike he gave me was EVERYTHING to a little girl who didnt have a lot, and I know a lot of other kids who felt the same. The world is a bit dimmer wothout people like him in it.”
