She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Jones and Edna Massey Jones; her husband William Charles Parker; and her children, Patty Silver, Jeffrey B. Parker and Barry Charles Parker.

She is survived by: her children, William Gary "Bill" Parker (Shirley), Phillip Bryan Parker (Kathy) and Susan Merrill (Don) of Asheville; and her son-in-law Tommy Silver of Candler. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
