She is survived by: her son Clayton Leon Sexton of North Carolina; her siblings, Jack McAdams and Bailus McAdams of San Jose; her grandson Terrell Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Sariyah M. Lucas, Terrell Lucas, Tyree Lucas and Talan Lucas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
