He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jackie West and Tennie Fore. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sister Beverly Heatherly; his children, Ken Miller and Melissa Miller Smith (Jamie); his stepchildren, Tammy Ayers and James Ayers (Dana); and his friends, Gene Candler and Tommy Wilson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
