She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl West and Mabel Revis West; and her husband Charles "Harry" Stains. She is survived by: her brother David West; her aunt Betty Emory; and her cousins, Sam, Johnny, Brenda, David and Earlene.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Groce Funeral Home (72 Long Shoals Rd, Arden, NC 28704). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
