He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andrew Maxwell and Alma Marie Conner Allen; his stepparents, Benson Allen and Eddie; his grandson Brandon Banks; and his sister Darlene Channel.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Maxwell; his children, Jonathan Maxwell (Karol), Lisa Wilson (Ronnie) and Katie Robinson (Bryan); his grandchildren, Dustin Maxwell (Jordan), Tanner Wilson (Amanda), Katelyn Wilson, Christian Maxwell, Landon Wilson and Kinsley Robinson; his great grandchildren, Abel, Braydon, Savannah, Lazarus and Brooks; and his sisters, Jean Brown and Sandra Maxwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
