He is survived by: his children, Lynn Page DeVore (Michael) and Ernest "Eric" Page; his grandchildren, Amber Lee Page, Emiliegh Rose Wilhelm, Jayden James Wilhelm, Tyla Nichole DeVore Matter (Matt) and Kayla Marie DeVore; his great grandchildren, Carson and Rylan; and his brother Kenneth Page.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with the expenses.
