He was predeceased by: his brother John Duke; his parents, Lois Castleman Duke and Hickman Duke; and his cousin Alice Allen Spaulding. He is survived by: his significant other Lynda; his children, Jen (James), Amanda, Phil and Billy (Wendy); his sister Nancy; his sister-in-law Sally; and his sibling's children, Carrye (Eric) and Josh (Emily).
