She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bailey and Margaret Bailey; and her husband Wayne Williams. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Donna DeBruhl of Alexander, Rose Ann Myers of Asheville, Horace Williams and Jimmy Williams of Marshall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of West Funeral Home (17 Merrimon Ave, Weaverville, NC 28787).
