She is survived by: her daughters, Patrica Sprinkle (Jackie), Charlene Riddle (Ben) and Rhonda Warren (John Fisher); her grandchildren, Jackie Sprinkle Jr. (Margaret), Ashley Armstrong (Allen), Meghan Chambers (Burt), Amy Frohman (Chris), Samuel Warren (Kristen), Savina Sprinkle, Selena Sprinkle and Ray Sprinkle; her great grandchildren, Hope, Ellie, Penelope, Wren, Teddy and Arthur; her grandchildren-in-law, Lisa and James Sprinkle; her sisters, Judy Johnston and Rachel Johnston (Victor); and her caregivers, Deb Sharp, Kayla Chandler and Jill Farmer. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
