She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Aaron Embler, Sr.; her parents, William E. Vaughn and Ruth Taylor Vaughn; and her siblings, Norma Martin, Edith Conner, Algae Wix and Bill Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Debra McElrath, Carl A. Embler, Jr. (Sharon) and Michael Lee Embler (Monica); and her grandchildren, Leah Roberts (Paul), Shane McElrath (Joy), Kyle McElrath (Naomi), Aaron Embler, III (Jacqueline), Kelli Queen (Brandon), Keith Snow (Blair), Alexandria Embler (Dustin), Nolan Embler (Katie), Shannon Messer (Harold), Jeremy McElrath (Haley) and Tyler Paul (Emily). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
