He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Donald Brooks, Sr. and Wilfa Fran Miller Brooks; and his siblings, Patty Brooks and Larry Brooks. He is survived by: his siblings, Toni Stewart (Ronnie), Dennis Brooks and Tommy Brooks (Robin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
