He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Lynn Shepherd of Weaverville, NC and Chad Michael Williams of Candler, NC; his sisters, Gay Nell Rice, Susie Murray, Betty Roberts, Judy Farina and Helen Sawyer; and his grandchildren, Landen C. Shepherd, Skylar S. Shepherd, Alora Williams and Ryker Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
