He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Schimpf and Kathryn Schimpf (Heiser); his daughter Stephanie Callahan; his brother Jon Schimpf; and his brother-in-law Willis Wohlgemuth.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Schimpf; and his sisters-in-law, Susie Schimpf, Karen Enns (Pete) of Kingsburg and Cindy Wohlgemuth of Claremore, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his cousins, nephews, and nieces.
