He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Rice Yarbrough and Elliott Alexander Yarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ruth Brackett Yarbrough; his daughters, Tracy Hargrove (Mark) and Beverly Brown of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Abigail Brown, Madelin Brown, Nicholas Hargrove and Matthew Hargrove; his sister Terry Honeycutt (Ronald) of Candler, NC; his nephews, Tim Honeycutt (Kim) of Asheville, NC and Scot Honeycutt (Laurie) of Candler, NC; and his brother Charles Yarbrough (Shirley) of North Wilkesboro, NC..
