She is survived by: her sons, Anthony "Tony" Ballard (Amy) of Asheville, NC and Tim Ballard (Wendy) of Johnson City, TN; her siblings, Hazel Willis of Mars Hill, Wanda Phillips of Mars Hill and Preston Shelton of London, KY; her grandchildren, Hunter Ballard and Morgan Vance; and her great grandchildren, Cash, Vegas Ballard and Thaddeus Vance.
