He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn H. May; his father John May; his children, Lynn May Wilson, Anne May Cogburn (Steve) and Robert Howard May (Suzanne); and his grandchildren, Kathryn Anne Wilson, Rachel Lynn Wilson Frye (Aaron), John Michael Cagle (Leanna), Carolyn Anne Cagle and Carolina Grace May.
